Broad Street is a small neighborhood, incorporated in May 1997, tucked beneath the oaks of Beaufort, South Carolina.

To help preserve the look and feel of the neighborhood, Broad Street has a resident-led HOA Board and Architectural Committee. Together, they help guide neighborhood decisions, review proposed changes to homes and landscaping, and ensure the charm that brought many here continues to thrive.
